The Interactive Schedule Solution
Bauer Media’s Empire Magazine partnered with American Airlines to launch Empire Live taking place during September 23rd – 25th, which promises to be film and entertainment’s biggest weekend at the O2 Arena, London.
With enough family entertainment for everyone, film fanatics will be able to attend exclusive screenings, enjoy live events and even meet the movie makers.
Therefore, to increase attendance at the event, the Bauer digital marketing team approached Wayin to come up with a solution to utilize the platform and enable web visitors to easily navigate the schedule of events during Empire Live.
To do this, the Wayin services team helped create a fully responsive and custom-built Interactive Schedule for the five venues holding the events. To increase interest and engagement, the schedule enables visitors to click on each day and and scroll through a selection of what’s on and discover more about each event.
To drive ticket purchases, there are two call to actions at the top and bottom of the schedule directing visitors to the AEG Live website, where they can currently purchase a selection of event packages. Individual tickets will become available closer to the time of the event.
What’s more, to engage visitors and obtain audience data from those who are close to purchase consideration, there’s also the option to sign-up to the newsletter to receive relevant and regular film content.
