To encourage skiers to share their awesome mountain pictures and videos, Mt. Bachelor, working closely with their partners at Backbone Media, launched a hashtag contest, with an engaging social hub embedded on their Facebook page.

Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort in the US are getting vacationers to keep the stoke of winter alive with their hashtag contest, created on the Wayin platform.
Skiers and snowboarders alike are being encouraged to share videos and photos of their trips to Mt. Bachelor on Instagram and Twitter tagging #MtBachelorStoked to be featured on the dedicated social hub. Alternatively, consumers can upload photos or enter video URL’s directly to the Facebook page. The Facebook form collects valuable audience data, including email addresses and Twitter handles, which can be repurposed for future marketing endeavours.
To incentivize campaign engagement, Mt. Bachelor are selecting three lucky winners and a Grand prize winner to receive a GoPro prize pack, meaning there is every reason to get involved.
