The community could share their best, most inspiring convention memories, where each photo submission is then featured on an eye-catching social display for website visitors to browse.

UGC SOCIAL HUB SOLUTION
To unite its global network of 1.2 million members, Rotary International is excited to announce its 2019 Rotary Convention, hosted in the city of Hamburg. To coincide with the event, Rotary is driving awareness around its ‘Capture Your Moment’ campaign, where members are encouraged to share their best, most inspiring memories from past conventions. To reach and drive participation across its global audience, Rotary used Wayin to easily clone and translate the campaign into 8 unique languages.
Whether it be a new experience that excites members, new cultures that teach them, or new connections that inspire them, Rotary International is capturing the action by encouraging members to share their favorite convention memory through the form embedded on its website. To get involved, participants are required to submit their name, email address, photo, photo location and caption. To incentivize participation, Rotary International is sharing its favorite submissions through its social media channels, as well as on a big screen at the 2019 convention itself when they ‘Capture The Moment’ in Hamburg.
Using the Wayin platform, Rotary can curate and publish all global submissions to one embedded ‘Rotary Moments’ social wall to unite and inspire its members.
