To celebrate and build anticipation ahead of its Rotaract program’s 50th anniversary next March, Rotary International has published a meme-generator photo contest to a unique microsite, encouraging club members to post and edit their best photos in return for the chance to win.

PHOTO CONTEST SOLUTION
With 50 years of dedication, a global network of over 1.2 million members, and a ton of inspirational service ideas, Rotary International has every reason to celebrate. Whether it be fundraising to support and help develop young leaders, or raising awareness surrounding issues young people face within the community, Rotary International is helping to give back to the community in celebration of its Rotaract program’s 50th anniversary.
Using Wayin, Rotary International has published a social hub to a unique microsite in order to build excitement and drive anticipation for its celebratory anniversary event. Prior to the celebration next March, Rotary International is inspiring club members to create and share their own customizable images. To get involved, participants can upload the image of their choice to the form provided, and include a suitable caption. Images can then be rotated, enlarged and moved to fit the bright and colorful #Rotaract50 photo frame, before they submit their name and Twitter handle to confirm their entry.
For the chance to be featured on the social wall, participants are encouraged to tag their photos on Instagram or Twitter using the dedicated hashtag #Rotaract50. Using this hashtag to filter submissions, Rotary International is featuring the best entries for visitors to browse and share.
