With the new mountain bike movie; Return to Earth due to hit our screens in summer, Shimano published an eye-catching content hub to its website to drive engagement amongst visitors. Following the cinematic journey of Shimano riders around the world, its 9th film will see athletes living in the moment, exploring stunning sites across the globe.
To promote the new film, Shimano used the Wayin platform to create a one-stop online destination that hosts a range of information. Complete with a countdown tile to drive anticipation ahead of the big release, as well as a movie trailer embedded from Vimeo, visitors can have a sneak peak of what Return to Earth entails.
Shimano is also hosting a range of video content from its six-part web series, In The Blink; showcasing exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of Anthill’s upcoming feature film. With ‘Watch Now’ call-to-actions on each episode, visitors can directly watch each clip from the hub. Website visitors can also view the gallery for a selection of behind-the-lens photographs taken by the legendary MTB photographer, Sterling Lorence.
