In partnership with premium tea brand, Yorkshire Gold, The Telegraph is on the hunt to find the best, most impressive gardens in Britain. By hosting a sweepstakes form on its website, The Telegraph and its sponsor, Yorkshire Gold are able to capture rich and valuable first-party data and marketing opt-ins to build their CRM database, using exciting gardening-related prize incentives.

With the majority of us busy spending most weekends getting our gardens summer ready, The Telegraph is hosting a sweepstakes in conjunction with Yorkshire Gold in order to find Britain’s winning garden from 2018 amongst its readers. If entering for the chance to win the prestigious title wasn’t enough, Yorkshire Gold is also awarding the winner with £4,100 of Wyevale gardening vouchers, as well as a year’s supply of Yorkshire Gold Tea and a gardening glass. Nine runners-up will also be awarded an exciting prize package, and the top 10 gardens will be professionally photographed and featured in the Daily Telegraph.

From magical gardens overflowing with colorful flowers and foliage, to more simple and modern designs where the water feature takes pride place, Yorkshire Gold is open to all garden designs that reflect three criteria; being bold, bright and balanced. Open to gardeners across the entire UK, participants can get involved by submitting their personal details on the embedded form, including three photos of their garden that fit the criteria, as well as a short description of what it is they love most about their garden. Participants can also choose to opt-in to receive the latest marketing communications from The Telegraph and Yorkshire Tea, from email, phone, post or SMS, providing both brands with valuable first-party data that can be seamlessly synced to their CRM database.

Once the sweepstakes has expired, the competition will be judged by a three-person panel, including award-winning architects and landscape designers.
