SOCIAL WALL SOLUTION
Foreign exchange company, Travelex, is supporting consistent high-flying performers within the company using a leadership development program, Accelerate. To recognize employees’ lasting commitment, and to inspire webpage visitors to join the Travelex community, a social wall has been published to its careers website to bring together motivational UGC from its development workshops.
From socializing amongst the views of London’s iconic city skyline, to group photos that define the team spirit throughout the sessions, Travelex is excited to hear how the Accelerate teams are getting on. To get involved and share their highlights from the experience, employees can post their photos from Travelex’s Accelerate workshop to Instagram, using the hashtag #TravelexAccelerate. Alternatively, participants can post to Twitter using the dedicated hashtag #TravelexAccelerate whilst also tagging @TravelexCareers. Travelex is then using these tags to filter and publish the best content to its Accelerate social wall featured on its careers website, ready for visitors to browse and share their favorite pictures to Pinterest, Twitter or Facebook.
To drive traffic to its current vacancies webpage, and to inspire job applications, Travelex has also included a ‘see our current vacancies’ call to action button, where those interested can browse vacancies and start their applications.
